滅火機(jī)器人是以任意底盤的消防車為載體,加裝了我廠無人駕駛執(zhí)行裝置專利技術(shù),具有智能化特點(diǎn),采用輪式行走結(jié)構(gòu)、點(diǎn)火、行走、轉(zhuǎn)向、駐車、水泵以及消防炮的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),仰俯、噴射滅火劑等一系列過程均采用無線調(diào)控方式,有效遙控距離可達(dá)150m~300m,遙控行走速度為10km/h。 該機(jī)器人還具有偵察和自救功能,災(zāi)害現(xiàn)場信息通過攝像無線傳輸系統(tǒng)傳輸給指揮員,為指揮員調(diào)整搶救方案提供依據(jù);機(jī)器人身上裝有多個(gè)噴頭,當(dāng)溫度升到臨界點(diǎn)時(shí),水噴頭自動(dòng)打開噴水自救。特別適用于消防人員無法靠近的易燃易爆、高溫、有毒、放射性物質(zhì)等火場撲救。Any chassis of fire fighing vehicles can be utilized in the fire fighting robot. Haomiao’s patent technology of unmanned operation equipment has been applied to it so that the robot shall have intelligentized features. It will be wheeled structure; its ignition, driving, turning, parking, peration of fire pump, rotation of fire monitor and spraying fire-extinguishing agent will be operated by wireless remote control. The effective control distance will be 150~300m, and the driving speed under remote control will be 10km/h.The fire fighting robot have reconnaissance and self-help functions. Real-time information at fire scene will be transmitted to the operator through wireless communication system, providing proof for the rescue plan adjustment. Multiple discharge nozzles will be in the fire fighting robot, and when temperature reaches the critical point, those nozzles will be opened automatically to spray water, implementing self-help. It is particularly applicable to extinguish fires in the explosive, high-temperature, toxic, radioactive places where firemen cannot approach.
